Welcome to Sumotopia! Get ready for chaotic, fast-paced arena brawling. Sumotopia is a physics-based party game where momentum is your best friend and the edge of the map is your worst enemy. Whether you are tackling the Campaign or settling scores in local multiplayer, the objective is simple: be the last one standing.

Dev Note: Hello everyone, my name is Jay. I wanted to learn Unity, so I built Sumotopia. After grinding through the basic tutorials, I just dove straight into the deep end to see what I could create. I built this from the ground up, figuring out the code and the physics as I went, so expect some beautiful chaos!

This is a total passion project focused on learning the ropes, so please enjoy the brawling. I plan to progressively update and polish the game as I have time, so if you have any feedback, bug reports, or feature requests, definitely drop them in the comments. Features in Alpha V1.21. 1-4 Player Local Multiplayer: Hook up your controllers, pick your colors (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow), and dive into the arena.

• Dynamic Physics Brawling: Use momentum, precise timing, and the environment to launch your opponents off the map.
• Campaign Mode: Test your skills and learn the mechanics against the engine.
• Custom AI Bots: Don't have a full couch? Fill the empty slots with AI opponents to keep the chaos at maximum capacity.
• Arcade & Streamlined Level Select: Jump straight into the action on floating islands, lava pits, and dynamic hazard stages.

Final Note: This is currently an Alpha build! The core mechanics, physics, and local multiplayer are locked in, but I am actively tweaking the "juice" and adding more impact. Download it, play it with your friends, and leave some feedback in the comments on what you want to see next!
